Rolled biothane is great for longlines - light and durable! Longlines are perfect for outdoor adventures and training. Use them on a hike or beach when you want to give your dog more space to explore, but need the security of being attached to them incase you need to recall them quickly. Or use it for training recall!
The clasp options are bolt snap, trigger snap, or an autolocking carabiner.
Trigger snaps are super durable and will hold up to nearly anything a dog throws at them.
Auto locking carabiners are great for the added security. They are also much lighter than the trigger snaps so are a great option to pair with the Rolled Biothane for the ultimate hiking set up.
The BioThane rope that these are made from has a break strength of 500lbs. If you have a larger dog please be advised that if the dog is hitting the end of the line with a lot of speed they could be exceeding 500lbs of force. As a result, we do not recommend these lines for tie-out purposes or for large dogs that may be lunging at the end of the long line.
