The Basic Martingale Collar is our unique spin on the classic martingale style collar with a check chain. This collar features a two-toned color palette with a sleek design to keep your pup looking like a model while still being nice and secure (no more sneaky doggies backing out of their collars). Another handy feature is the addition of a small d-ring especially for ID tags.
This collar is 1" or 1.5" in thickness and will close 4" when the check-chain is pulled tight.

Please be sure to measure your dog's head and neck as accurately as possible in order to get the best fit!
A snug collar allows for .5 inches in clearance beyond the largest measurement you submit.
A fitted collar allows for 1 inch in clearance beyond the largest measurement you submit.
A loose collar allows for 2 inches in clearance beyond the largest measurement you submit.
This means that if your dog has a 15 inch neck and a 17 inch head, a snug collar will have a 17.5 inch total length, a fitted collar will have a 18 inch total length, and a loose collar will have a 19 inch total length.
